How it works
Apply and get your code
Fill in the form below. Once you are approved we issue a referral code and a link you can share anywhere: your shop, your channel, a supplier group, a customer who keeps asking what you run.
They sign up and stay three months
A shop signs up through your link or enters your code at checkout. The referral qualifies once they have been subscribed for three full months from their signup date.
You get paid
Qualified commissions go out on the next quarterly payout run, by Payoneer or Wise. If you are a Get Repair customer, you can take account credit instead.
What you earn
One month of whatever plan your referral signs up for, at the rate they are actually billed. If a shop starts on Essential at $79 per month, you earn $79. If they start on Growth, you earn a month of Growth. It is a single payment per referred shop rather than a recurring cut, and there is no limit on how many shops you refer.
Already a Get Repair customer? You can take the same amount as account credit against your own subscription instead of a cash payout. Credit applies at any amount, so a single referral can knock a month off your own bill.
If your referral runs more than one location
Get Repair is priced per location. Every store a referral brings at signup counts toward your commission, so a shop that opens its account with three locations earns you one month of all three. Locations added after that first signup do not earn additional commission.
When you get paid
Three months, then the next payout run
A referral qualifies once they have been subscribed for three full months from their own signup date. Payouts then run every three months, so a commission is released on the first payout run after it qualifies. If the shop cancels inside that first three-month window, no commission is earned on that referral.
Payoneer, Wise, or account credit
Cash payouts go out through Payoneer or Wise. There is a $100 minimum balance for a cash payout; anything under that carries into the next cycle until it clears the threshold. Get Repair customers taking account credit instead have no minimum, and the credit lands on their next invoice.
Program terms
- Commission is one month of the referred shop’s plan at their billed rate, paid once per referred shop.
- All locations opened at signup count toward the commission. Locations added later do not.
- A referral must remain subscribed for three full months from their signup date to qualify. Cancellations inside that window earn nothing.
- Payouts run every three months and cover commissions that qualified before the run.
- Cash payouts are made by Payoneer or Wise, with a $100 minimum balance. Account credit, available to Get Repair customers, has no minimum.
- If a referred shop’s payment is refunded or charged back after a commission is paid, that commission is reversed against future payouts.
- You cannot refer yourself, your own organization, or an existing Get Repair account. Bidding on Get Repair brand terms in paid search, spam, and misrepresenting the product are not allowed.
- We may update these terms or close the program with notice. Commissions already qualified at that point are still honored.

Do I have to be a Get Repair customer to join?
No. The program is open to anyone: shop owners, technicians, consultants, wholesalers and content creators. If you are a customer, you get the extra option of taking your commission as account credit instead of a cash payout.
