Apply and get your code
Once you’re approved we issue a referral code and a link to share anywhere: your shop, your channel, a supplier group, a customer who keeps asking what you run.
They sign up and stay three months
A shop signs up through your link or enters your code at signup. The referral qualifies once they’ve been subscribed for three full months.
You get paid
Qualified commissions go out on the next quarterly payout run, by Payoneer or Wise. Get Repair customers can take account credit instead.
One month of their plan, per shop.
You earn one month of whatever plan your referral signs up for, at the rate they’re actually billed. A shop on Essential at the founding rate of $49.99 a month earns you $49.99. It’s a single payment per referred shop, not a recurring cut, and there’s no limit on how many shops you refer.
Already a Get Repair customer? Take the same amount as account credit on your own subscription instead. Credit has no minimum, so one referral can take a month off your bill.
If your referral runs more than one location
Get Repair is priced per location. Every store a referral brings at signup counts, so a shop that opens its account with three locations earns you one month of all three. Locations added later don’t earn more commission.
Three months, then the next payout run.
Qualifying
A referral qualifies after three full months subscribed, counted from their own signup date. Payouts run every three months, so a commission goes out on the first run after it qualifies. If the shop cancels inside those first three months, no commission is earned.
Payoneer, Wise or account credit
Cash payouts go out through Payoneer or Wise, with a $100 minimum balance; anything under that carries into the next cycle. Customers taking account credit have no minimum, and the credit lands on their next invoice.
The fine print, in plain words.
- Commission is one month of the referred shop’s plan at their billed rate, paid once per referred shop.
- All locations opened at signup count toward the commission. Locations added later do not.
- A referral must remain subscribed for three full months from their signup date to qualify. Cancellations inside that window earn nothing.
- Payouts run every three months and cover commissions that qualified before the run.
- Cash payouts are made by Payoneer or Wise, with a $100 minimum balance. Account credit, available to Get Repair customers, has no minimum.
- If a referred shop’s payment is refunded or charged back after a commission is paid, that commission is reversed against future payouts.
- You cannot refer yourself, your own organization, or an existing Get Repair account. Bidding on Get Repair brand terms in paid search, spam, and misrepresenting the product are not allowed.
- We may update these terms or close the program with notice. Commissions already qualified at that point are still honored.
