What changes between verticals, and what doesn't
The core of Get Repair is the same wherever you point it: a repair ticket that can hold several devices, a point of sale that rings up parts, labor and accessories in one cart, FIFO-costed inventory so you know the real margin on every job, and a white-labeled customer portal that answers “is it ready yet?” without a phone call. Those pieces do not change from one trade to the next, because the shape of the work does not: something comes in broken, it gets diagnosed, quoted, fixed and handed back.
What does change is the detail around the device. A phone shop lives on IMEI numbers, color and storage variants, and a high volume of same-day screen and battery jobs. A computer shop needs serial numbers, longer diagnostic windows, data-handling notes and parts that arrive days apart on separate purchase orders.
