What we don’t do.
Most vendor sites talk about everything they do. This page is the opposite. If any of these matter to your shop, we’ll save you a sales call and point you at the right tool.
We don't do automotive repair.
Cars run on a completely different data model — VINs, OEM service schedules, labor matrices, auto-parts distribution. Building a single platform that handles both phones and Hondas would mean compromising both. We picked phones, computers, and consumer electronics. If your shop fixes cars, what you actually want is software built around vehicles.
Better fit:Look at Shopmonkey, Tekmetric, or Mitchell 1 for auto repair. We don't do MSP-style recurring contract billing.
Managed-services agencies bill on contract terms (per-seat, per-endpoint, monthly retainers with usage tiers). That's a billing engine, not a shop floor tool, and platforms like Syncro and Atera are purpose-built for it. We do recurring invoices and saved payment methods, but if contracts are your core revenue model, you need more than we ship.
Better fit:Syncro, Atera, or NinjaOne if managed services is your bread and butter. We don't do enterprise procurement workflows.
Large-account procurement (multi-stage purchase approval chains, vendor onboarding portals, SOX-grade audit trails for 500+ user orgs) lives in ERP systems built for it. Our purchase orders and approval workflows fit a 1–10 store independent. If you're running 50+ locations with corporate finance gating every PO, we're the wrong choice.
Better fit:NetSuite, SAP Business One, or a vertical-specific ERP for procurement-heavy operations. We don't run our own payment processor.
Square does payments. They do payments at a depth and risk profile we have no business trying to replicate. We integrate; we don't compete. That means lower payment-processing fees for you (Square's published rates apply) and zero overhead from us pretending to be a fintech.
Better fit:Square is the only payment integration we currently ship. If you process payments through another rail today, talk to us before migrating so we can scope what works for your shop.We don't sell parts. We don't run a marketplace.
Some repair-shop platforms operate parts marketplaces where the platform takes a cut of every order. We don't. Our purchase-order module connects to your existing supplier accounts directly — you keep your wholesale terms, your vendor relationships, and your margin. If you need a marketplace for sourcing, you'll need a separate tool.
Better fit:For parts sourcing, work directly with your existing distributors or look at MobileSentrix, Injured Gadgets, and similar industry suppliers.
