Can I use my existing Square POS?
Yes. Get Repair was built around Square. You connect your existing account, we sync inventory, payments, and taxes. Repair charges flow into Square as line items; accessory retail stays in Square's catalog.
Do you support multi-device tickets?
Yes. A customer can drop off 3 phones from a small office and they go on one ticket with one pickup, one invoice, and one status thread per device.
How does the trade-in module work?
You build (or import) a pricing matrix by model, capacity, and condition grade. Customer brings in a device, you grade it, the system generates an offer. Customer accepts → payout in cash or store credit → device enters inventory as either refurb stock or a parts donor.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Month-to-month, no annual commitment, no setup fee. Migration help is included. If we miss our 24-hour named-rep reply SLA at any point, your next month is on us.
