Frequently asked questions

How long is the free trial?

Fourteen days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can pick a plan or your data stays available for 30 days while you decide.

Can I import data from my old system?

Yes. CSV import for customers, inventory, and leads. Email us for help mapping fields.

Do you charge per ticket or per transaction?

No. Get Repair is flat-rate, per store, per month. Tickets, customers, and POS transactions are all unlimited.

Which payment processors do you support?

Square Terminal is supported out of the box, with native OAuth and live in-person payments.

Do you have an iPad or Android app?

The web app is fully responsive and works great on tablets in shop. Native apps for iOS and Android are on the roadmap.

Can I have multiple stores?

Yes. The Growth plan supports unlimited stores under one organization with shared customers, inventory transfers, and consolidated reporting.

What about offline mode?

POS includes graceful offline handling for short outages — transactions queue and sync when the connection returns. Ticket intake requires a live connection.

How do I cancel?

From Settings → Billing. Your subscription stops at the end of the current period and your data stays exportable for 30 days afterward.
