No. Get Repair is flat-rate, per store, per month. Tickets, customers, and POS transactions are all unlimited.

The web app is fully responsive and works great on tablets in shop. Native apps for iOS and Android are on the roadmap.

Yes. The Growth plan supports unlimited stores under one organization with shared customers, inventory transfers, and consolidated reporting.

What about offline mode?

POS includes graceful offline handling for short outages: transactions queue and sync when the connection returns. Ticket intake requires a live connection.

How do I cancel?

From Settings → Billing. Your subscription stops at the end of the current period and your data stays exportable for 30 days afterward.
